A friend recommended Simone Mignott based on some questions I asked her to which she replied "Call Simone, she will sort you out proper". I didn't hesitate. I called and set up my first conversation with her and let me tell you, I am a different person since we started in October 2021.
Simone not only empowered me to be the best I can be but through prayer and digging deeper into my spiritual life to discover what is preventing me from hearing from God, I was able to recognise that nothing is too hard to accomplish and sometimes we just need 'stuff' to be brought to the fore by experts.
At the start of our first session, I made a face and rolled my eyes at Simone when I was told that I will be given daily assignments each week. But I am here to tell you that without those assignments, I would not be where I am today. Life Coaching is really about your life - who you are now and who you really should be and Simone made sure my 'Life' presently is who I Am. Simone has a way of allowing you to recognise and admit and correct whatever it is that is preventing you from becoming the star that you were created to be. I highly recommend her to all who believe they can but are not.
It is a very structured process and before the end, you will realise that everything you thought - was just that, a thought without action. I am now taking action and I thank her wholeheartedly for using her God-given skills to help others.

I always thought of getting a coach as I felt I needed some guidance and direction to execute my personal, professional and spiritual aspirations. The idea of sharing my inner thoughts and feelings seemed daunting at first, however I was instantly attracted to a post from Simone on her “My Coaching for Life” Instagram page. I was motivated to try this new avenue when I saw and heard her passion for coaching and her deep connection to God.
I reluctantly reached out to Simone and that was the beginning of what I would call “A total mind, body and soul transformation”. Before I saw sought coaching, I went to a dark place, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and even physically, spiritually in the sense that I felt burnt out. As a pastor's wife, here I was hobbling with my husband, being supportive of ministry, and I gave until, yes, I became desperate, tired, lonely Ms miserable. Emotionally, I was overcome by all sorts of emotions. You think of them; I had them. Mentally, I was tired, to the point of not being able to use clarity and make a valued judgement because I was a wreck. I tell myself physically, too, because my eating habits were crazy. I ate to numb what I was experiencing. How can I not mention financially? Yes, those moments when I thought my only option was to park my car and juggle the taxi to work or wherever. I was in a bad state until the Holy Spirit propelled me to reach out to coach Simone. She understood, and the thing about her is that for everything that aches my heart, she found the Scriptures that brought about the catharsis that was needed. Coach started the course with me. She utilizes the weapon of prayer, Scriptures and other powerful resources to pull me out of the pit it was in.
Today, I can say my life has made a 180-degree turn. I am blessed even beyond my wildest dreams. It is important to note, too, that while you're going through the storms, stay with God. Be faithful with the small things. I can testify that God will honour you for it. I never sat there in pity city; I sought professional help. Through her ministry as a life coach, I was greatly helped. I'm looking in, looking out, looking even better. Thank you, coach Simone. May God continue to enlarge your territory.
